For the primary time since 2021, Henry Ruggs appeared in a courtroom in Las Vegas for a listening to in his DUI crash case.

The 23-year-old former Las Vegas Raiders star — who was charged again in November 2021 with four felonies after prosecutors accused him of killing Tina Tintor and her canine in a fiery car crash — confirmed as much as the Nevada courthouse alongside his attorneys.

Throughout the listening to, Ruggs’ attorneys argued that police had no possible trigger to acquire a warrant to gather his blood following the automotive accident. They requested for the assessments — which cops say confirmed Ruggs had a BAC of .161 following the wreck — to not be allowed for use as proof within the case.

The choose, nonetheless, denied the movement.

Ruggs seemed to be stoic within the courtroom as his attorneys spoke, displaying little emotion. He wore a white button-down shirt, a black bowtie, and blue pants and didn’t handle reporters inside or exterior of the courtroom.

That is the primary time Ruggs has been seen in public since late November 2021, when he was ordered to show up for a listening to over a missed breath test.

As we reported, Ruggs is going through greater than 50 years in prison if he is convicted on the entire expenses in opposition to him.
